Auto-Green Fades and Auto-Green No-Dips retired
The 2K27 build has no Auto-Green Fades or No-Dips pages. Fades run from Left Fade, Right Fade and Turbo Fades; no-dip shooting runs from Quick Stop.
The 2K27 build of the yew2K NBA 2K27 Cronus Zen script no longer has an Auto-Green Fades page or an Auto-Green No-Dips page. Both are retired. Any guide that still describes them is describing an older menu.
Where fades live now
| Page | Trigger | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Left Fade | R2 + tap L1 | 870 ms |
| Right Fade | R2 + R3 | 820 ms |
| Turbo Fades | R2 + a fade (On/Off, its own page) | — |
Left Fade is "auto-green for fades on the left side of the court (while moving left)". Right Fade is the same for the right side. Each is Off/On with its own millisecond value, 100–1200 in 5 ms steps, adjusted with Cross/A + Up/Down.
Turbo Fades is a switch: when On, R2 + a fade uses the turbo hold windows (a 727–823 ms band) instead of the standing value.
Where no-dips live now
Quick Stop (Touchpad tap, default Off) runs a quick stop — an L2 no-dip of about 23 frames instead of about 37 — and then shoots. Its timing is split across three pages: QS Pause (pause before the stop), QS Delay (delay before the shot) and QS Shot (shot hold). See the Quick Stop entry for the values.
One conflict to know about
Insta-Stop (Off / Auto / Left-Trigger) fires a stop input before shooting off the dribble and can cancel fades. If your fades break, turn Insta-Stop off, use Left-Trigger mode so it only fires while L2/LT is held, or hold the stick in the fade direction through the animation.
Dating
This change is not dated in the build notes available to this site. It is filed under 2K27 build changes. The current menu was checked against the shipping Yew2K.gpc template on September 3, 2026.
