Why an update is a regenerate, not a download
yew2K is generator-based. When you run the Generator on yew.gg, your settings are compiled into the GPC file. There is no single universal file that everyone shares. So when a weekly update lands, you do not copy a new file over the old one — you run the Generator again and compile the fresh output.
What to do each week
- Re-run the Generator on the yew.gg Script Download page (owners only).
- Compile in Zen Studio and load the build into a memory slot.
- Open the mod menu and confirm each page reads what you expect. Values are saved to persistent vars on the Zen, but check before you queue.
- Validate timings in online MyCourt, then Rec.
When patches and updates line up
After each 2K patch, yew's advice is to re-run the Generator, load the new build, then validate timings in online MyCourt and Rec. The weekly cadence is how those builds reach you. The dated log on this site records the menu changes that shipped in those builds.
